Draft

Terms

This page is a placeholder draft so the product can ship a free record-keeping ledger. It is not a finished legal agreement. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.

What this site is

PickReceipt lets you timestamp a sports opinion before a game starts and keep the result in public. It does not accept wagers, hold customer funds, broker bets, or sell picks. Nothing on the site is a solicitation to gamble.

Your receipts

Once a pick is locked it is meant to be permanent. Do not lock anything you are not willing to keep, including a loss. You are responsible for the numbers you enter. Lines are your record, not a confirmation from a sportsbook.

Age

You must be 21 or older to create an account.

No warranty

Scores come from a public feed and can be delayed or corrected. The service is provided as is, for entertainment and personal bookkeeping.
